You have asked us the same question in the same day 9 times and we have answered when we be able to confirm the answer. The advertisement said that it was automatic watch and you are right, it's not automatic, is quartz. When we received the question, we verified it and told you that this particular watch was battery powered. This model exists in automatic and quartz, this is the reason of the mistake. Hence the human error. Regarding about send you more pictures, the advertisment has 11 pictures. As we mentioned you, the photos ublished on advertisment, shoy you the real state of the watch, which is what you wanted to see. If we send you the natural light photos, you couldn't be able to see the real state of the dial. Have a nide day

I made an offer for an Omega watch for where I received a counteroffer from the dealer which I accepted. I paid for the watch via credit card almost immediately after accepting the counteroffer. It showed in my account that the dealer was preparing the watch for dispatch. The next day (mid-morning [at least 24hours afterwards]) I received an email from Chrono24 advising me that the dealer had cancelled the order. No explication or communication from the dealer at all caused not just a disappointment but also a distrust for the dealer. Chrono24 were very quick to apologize and return my money which gave me a good degree of confidence in using their platform in the future.

I have paid for the item, and then after couple of days seller told me he have already sold the watch to somebodys else. Extemly unprofesional. My 10K euro is blocked until this day. The seller was even upset at me that i plan to put negative comment for this. Avoid!

la montre vendue n'est pas une automatique comme précisé dans le titre et dans le corps de l'annonce mais une montre à remontage manuel j'ai alerté le vendeur qui ne m'a pas répondu je trouve que tromper le client et ne pas lui répondre sont des comportements indignes d'un vendeur professionnel

The watch arrived with completely cracked dial. The seller says it’s normal but didn’t mention it in the description. Also the silver came off the deployment buckle. The seller wants me to return the watch at my expense. And no refund for the custom fees. I would definitely not recommend this dealer! Very unprofessional!

The dealer tried te sell a common metal watch as a gold one. He also insisted that it is gold eaven after I got it in my own hands and I took pictures of the marks on the cover: metal base. It costed me 50 Euro to return the object.

entregaron mal en envío incluso justificaron que lo había recibido otra persona. el embalaje era malo que daño la caja original. en general, mala experiencia aunque si lo recomiendo por la diversidad de productos que tiene.

Not cooperating, requesting additional fotos is not possible, responding time is weak. They published a watch with wrong functionality. Automatic watch listed but it was truly a Quartz movement.
