I was in the limbo about delivery, and no information from dealer, Chrono 24 was helping in have information about the delivery, which took almost 2 months.

Non mi sento di dare una valutazione completamente negativa perché è la prima volta che ho a che fare con questo rivenditore. Non sono comunque soddisfatto perché mi è stato proposto un orologio con il quadrante diverso da quello nella foto. Quando ho richiesto la foto dell'orologio che avrei acquistato, mi è stato risposto che l'oggetto non era presente nel punto vendita.

Item advertised as Mens/Unisex watch. I have a 7 inch wrist. The strap was too short. This should have been advertised as a woman's watch, or in the alternative, should have been shipped with a longer strap.

unfortunately it was not made clear that they do not have the items in inventory and then consequently you will have to wait however long it takes them to get it before they can ship to you. this fact should be at the very beginning of their listing instead of somewhere and some obscure location. I waited three weeks before I finally decided to cancel the order. Ironically they did me a favor because two days after canceling I found it somewhere else for less money. Two weeks after canvel they actually called me to see if I was still interested in the watch because finally had it-over a month after ordering. I am sure the quality of the product is genuine, but such the delays are unacceptable. I will stay away from them in the future even if I see a great price.

Since the dial was bent, I couldn't tell whether it was real or fake. It is disappointing because it is different from the real thing I no longer want to use this shop
