Die Uhr war gebraucht und beim Versand konnten keine Mängel festgestellt werden. Der Laden war wegen Feiertagen geschlossen und dies ist der Grund für die Verzögerung bei der Abholung. Das Logistikbüro wurde geschlossen. Wir stimmten dennoch einer Rückerstattung in jeder Hinsicht zu. Es war ein unglücklicher Verkauf. A fronte di un annuncio di un orologio nuovo di produzione 2022, l’articolo spedito era corredato di garanzia datata 2020 e di secondo polso. Il commerciante ha affermato che hanno sbagliato ad inserire la garanzia, ma nell’incertezza ho preferito chiedere il reso a spese del commerciante che si è concluso positivamente.

Received a damaged watch, return was not super smooth as I had to insist on a shipping label. Seller said a new watch is 6 months out, confirmed with multiple other dealers that the watch is only 10 - 15 working days out.

Schade, dass hier Ware angeboten wird, die der Händler selbst gar nicht hat. Nach 5 Wochen dann die Nachricht erhalten, dass die Uhr nicht lieferbar sei.

While the customer orders the product on C24 another buys it from our site and it depends on the availability we have at that moment, we are not always able to satisfy all orders and we have to wait for the supply from suppliers. Ordine annullato per mancata reperibilità dell'orologio richiesto in tempi certi. Tempi di risposta e comunicazione efficienti ma poca chiarezza sull'effettiva disponibilità degli articoli messi in vendita. L'orologio era contrassegnato con "disponibilità immediata" seppur con tempi di spedizione più lunghi. Inoltre prima di procedere con l'ordine avevo richiesto una stima dei tempi di spedizione, specificando anche che si trattava di un regalo (con i disguidi che ne conseguono dal dover effettuare un nuovo ordine senza aspettare i tempi di rimborso di Chrono24). Da parte mia accettavo senza problemi una spedizione più lunga, ma avrei preferito che l'effettiva disponibilità dell'orologio con il fornitore da parte del commerciante fosse stata fatta prima di darmi rassicurazioni che poi non sono state mantenute.

Dispiace dare un giudizio negativo dato che in altre occasioni il commerciante si era dimostrato efficiente. In questo caso però l'ordine è stato annullato perchè dopo un mese non si sapeva nemmeno quando l'orologio sarebbe stato disponibile.

I ordered a watch and after 8 weeks it was still not send. Communications were not great either. Couldn’t they say earlier that it was impossible to send the watch? I ordered the watch somewhere else and I received it within 3 days. Maybe it’s not their fault but communicate about it.

You cannot sell watches as 'available now' and then not have them available. You should either sell those as available on request or available within x number of days. Having a physical store is no excuse. You can safely buy from these sellers, just assume they won't have you watch in stock.

Uhr hatte defekt und wurde zurückgegeben. Abholung der Uhr dauerte dann sehr lange. Reparatur erfolgte nach 2 Wochen immer noch nicht. Uhr wurde dann zurückgegeben.
