Orologio nuovo e perfetto come da annuncio. Venditore sempre presente e gentile. Tempi di spedizione da dimenticare...4 mesi dall'ordine, 2 mesi di ritardo dalla consegna che mi avevano garantito. Doveva essere un regalo di Natale, è arrivato a metà Febbraio.

Bonne communication mais transaction annulée car délai non respecté par le vendeur. Le vendeur explique que l'entreprise Hamilton etait fermée 2 semaines pendant les vacances de Noël d'où le retard... Après avoir contacté la fabrique Hamilton en Suisse, il s avéré que c'est faux et qu 'ils n'ont pas ete fermé durant les vacances de Noël. J' ai donc annulé la commande.

I received Grand Seiko in original box but five items of accessories that manufacturer supply customer with were removed from the box and not delivered to me. Would never buy from this retailer again.

La Communication a été bonne. Mais je suis déçu car dans un 1er temps, il m'a dit que tout était OK. Après le règlement, ce n'était finalement plus bon car le modèle n'était pas disponible.

I will give you an image of the whole situation so that you can draw the conclusions for yourselves: - I asked for an offer for the chosen watch at the beginning of Oct, but had to wait to increase the credit limit on my card - I asked for a NEW offer 3 weeks later and received it (it had me believing that a new offer means that the watch had been checked and had still been available), which I accepted within 30mins and paid everything - To my surprise, the dealer suddenly contacted me that the watch had been sold in the meantime and that I basically waited too long. They did not feel like they should have re-checked before making a new offer. I was promised they would look for other piece, but until I specifically followed up on that subject a few times, no-one ever recontacted me. Generally, the tone of communication was as if it was mostly my fault, because I had to wait for my bank. I haven’t heard any suggestion of amending the situation in any way whatsoever. All in all, the handling of the situation and the lack of communication and contact, unless I clearly asked for it left me more than dissatisfied. The situation was tricky but with a swift handling on the side of the seller could have still been made better, leaving a sense for professional handling of unfavourable circumstances. Unfortunately, it was not the case. On the positive side, they always reply quickly.

excellent suivi et service, très honète, très aimable et poli. Une étoile de moins pour communiquer un temps de livraison trés optimiste et probablement insuffisamment vérifié. Une autre étoile de moins pour annuler la commande unilatéralement quand le temps de livraison devient incertain, dommage qu'il y ait eu ces difficultés.... et le remboursement du paiement a duré plus d'une semaine....... Leçon apprise: éviter si possible de commander si une montre n'est pas en stock (pas seulement chez Spazio21). La crise rend les temps de livraisons très aléatoires malgré la bonne volonté et l'optimisme du vendeur ;) Ceci dit, je recommande malgré tout ce vendeur.

Dissapointing to hear the watch I ordered and payed for is unavailable after I had already paid for it!! I consider this situation could have been avoided by the dealer. You don’t ask someone to pay untill you are sure you can provide that product, especially when you first confirm the availability and ask the customer for the payment.

What can I say, I gave a free credit for 1 month again. No watch, only communication without effectiveness. I asked 5 times if they can distribute the watch before ordering and after 25 days they said that this watch is no longer produced! Unbelievable.

Wie bei vielen anderen Bewertungen wurde die Uhr als Verfügbar ausgewiesen. Nach langen hin und her stellte sich heraus das Uhr nicht verfügbar war und wollte mir das Vorgänger Modell andrehen. Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Levering duurde te lang. Vermoed dat opwinder (crown) te veel uitsteekt, niet voldoende naar binnen gaat. Dit is mijn 2e aankoop via Chrono24 en 2e keer het vermoeden dat handelaren afgekeurde waren kopen zodat ze goedkoper kunnen leveren. Eerste aankoop werkte niet en moest onder garantie naar Seiko worden opgestuurd voor reparatie. Deze 2e en laatste aankoop maar zo gelaten. Is nu bij juwelier om bracelet in te korten. Betaal liever iets meer bij winkelier voor meer gemak.

Hat mehr als 2 Monate gedauert, Händler schrieb er sei da wenn ich fragen haben würde, trotzdessen ignorierte er mich auf WhatsApp und auch telefonisch, und hob nie ab!

I asked the seller if the watch was immediately available. He assured me that the watch was definitely available and that I would get it 2 days after payment. I paid a few minutes after his message and even sent a screenshot of the payment. The next day the seller told me that the watch was not available at his "supplier". I was offered the option to wait 30 day (for a discontinued model......). The communication was very friendly but that doesnt help much in a case like this. I would not recommend this seller.

Not so very good experience here. They have very competitive prices but are not very honest about the delivery time. I ordered a Grand Seiko which they claimed they could deliver within 30 days. After 50 days I still didn’t receive my watch and I got no clue if and when it would ever come. In the beginning they were very helpful but after a while they did not give any proper response to my questions about the delivery, and sometimes didn’t response at all. As a result, I cancelled my order. Maybe this was an incident, but I will not buy there anymore in future. To bad!

L'imballaggio era integro, ma la sovrascatola è risultata danneggiata in un angolo. La scatola è invece in ordine. Alla mia doglianza è stata semplicemente attribuita la responsabilità al vettore, senza proporre alcuna soluzione. Mi sono rivolto allora direttamente a Parmigiani che con professionalità provvede direttamente rimediare a tale situazione.

purtoppo dopo aver ordinato un orologio a maggio , solo a fine giugno mi hanno comunicato che il loro fornitore aveva sbagliato a verificare la referenza , e pertanto non mi sarebbe mai arrivato l'orologio. Peccato ...

Trotz bestätigung über Lieferbarkeit und Lieferzeitraum war die Uhr plötzlich Ausverkauft und ich wurde über den Lieferzeitraum vertröstet. Deshalb Rücktritt vom Kaufvertrag.
