The item was supposed to be brand new and unworn. But when I received the watch it was looking like it was used and had minor scratches on the dial glass and the strap was damaged. I have shipped this item from far lands and can’t send him back on my expense. Overall it was not a nice experience.

Sorry Sir for all that inconvenients, Only i want to say that the watch was an unworn watch from my physical shop(more than 50 years).The strap of the watch it's a special textil maybe it could seems diferent as leather, maximum it could be posible that the crystal could get a very little scratch,because it's not sapphire. For the shipment in 2 days you receive the watch where you tells to us and tells to chrono24.
