I received my watch within a week. The product was in in Lithuania, and I am in Oman. The prices are very reasonable. And I am overall happy with the order. However, while the watch is new. I noticed the second hand is not perfect aligned with the indices. This might be the fault of the manufacturer, but left be not fully satisfied. But on the whole it was a nice experience and I would still recommend buying from this seller. Watch I ordered: Laco Zurich D

Responsive seller. However, because the payment method I am willing to make is not available, the transaction was cancelled at my choice. I was informed previously that the my payment of choice would be available but it turned out negative.

Highly recommended dealer Valdis, who was helpful throughout the transaction; however, unfortunately there were serious issues with the courier TNT/FedEx who took more than five weeks to eventually deliver the goods to the UK. Goods were initially mislaid, recovered and shipped to various sites around Europe where they remained unprocessed, TNT track & trace was non-functioning, so exact location of goods was extremely difficult to trace, customer service was useless and I was asked to pay custom charges (again) after these had already been paid four weeks previously. In summary, highly recommended dealer; however, be mindful if importing, especially into the UK as choice of courier leaves a lot to be desired and you may end up with a nightmare.

Expédition réalisée par tnt, délai non respecté donc une journée perdue à attendre et surtout je n'ai pas été prévenu par tnt. Décevant. L emballage impeccable

TNT stated on first try recipient not available, which was not true. Maybe new shipment company to consider if this happens frequently. In the end - no fault of vendor. Wristlet shows signs of wearing (holes), they could result from "trying", but were not described. Not considered when comunicated. Communication was excellent. Could not have been better. Box was defect. Fast response + replacement. Thank you!

The description did not mention that the watch was already one year into its 2-year warranty period. It did mention however that the watch was from an old stock (unused). Communication with the seller was swift and clear, and all my questions and concerns were perfectly addressed.
