Watch was delivered on time and well-packaged. However, the watch was running extremely fast (1hr+ per day) and had not been serviced as claimed. Seller was very apologetic and organised return shipping immediately. So not the best experience but seller was very good about addressing the problem.

Thank you for your feedback. Apparently, the watch became magnetized during shipment and the balance hair became glued together, causing the watch to speed up significantly. The watch needed to be serviced again. We have discussed the matter with our watchmakers, certainly it will not happen again in the future. Once again, thank you for your businesslike approach to the matter.

I ordered a vintage watch from them for my wedding, the package arrived quickly. Unfortunately I recieved a watch with the crystal detached from the watch itself. This was not mentioned in the description or in the pictures. I informed the seller about this, they were soon to answer me and give me a generous compentsation. To me, it seemed like an honest mistake and was not done deliberately by the seller. I would reccomed this seller to other people.

The watch is in great condition as described. However, the details should have stated that the Cartier folding clasp that comes with the strap is non-adjustable and it should also have included the measurements of the strap as the strap has to be made to measure and it turned out to be difficult to find someone who makes these straps for an old Cartier clasp (I managed to order it through Cartier with a 2-3 month delivery time). In addition, it would be great to mention whether the watch keeps time and has been serviced by the seller (as this was not the case). These are all things I could have asked from the seller, but also basic information that should be included in the description. Thanks!

Trustworthy seller, quick in response and very smooth transaction. The watch came in very good conditions as described. The only thing that upset me is UPS Hong Hong, they just dropped the parcle at my door, rang the doorbell and disappear, no signatures required at all. What if the parcel got stolen and there's no CCTV outside my door? I can't imagine

According to our standard procedure, "signature during collection" option has been paid by us - courier shouldn't deliver the package without signature of receiver. Our deal had to be cancelled by the dealer after payment to chrono. But he explained the background (on final check mechanical defect , with summerbreak in manufactures not allowing a timing ,…) , so I guess these things happen, and it shows that they check their goods before sending.

The item has a few minor damages that can be found under close examination and were not in the description. Thus, “perfect condition” might be a bit of an exaggeration. The watch was very nicely and securely packed. Communication was plentiful. Overall, I'm happy with this dealer, and I'd recommend them as well.
