The watch I bought, in a good condition as I expected, but the thing is that the dials colour is a little more fade than the photos. In the pictures looked more fresh and exact the blue colour I wanted. But it’s not a big problem. A little bit disappointed with the shipping process, taking an age and losing in communication. I have provided all my info but they could not reach me. That’s got on my nerves.. Overall I am satisfied with what I got and I think the dealer is doing a good job and knowing what they are selling.

Horloge besteld maar niet binnen de gestelde termijn gekregen jammer want het zou een kado zijn. Gelukkig is alles goed opgelost door chrono en de dealer. Ik kan de trust check out aanbevelen scheelt veel zorgen.

The watch took two weeks to ship.

Love the watch, would just suggest more timely communication from Watch My Diamonds. Received the watch as posted and shipped with the upmost care, but the lack of communication from them was unsettling given the amount of the purchase. Although the reply time was good when messaged, Watch My Diamonds didn't confirm the purchase or delivery date until nine days after the purchase when they sent tracking details. During that time I did receive a message from Chrono24 saying the seller has not sent the item yet, and they had asked them to message regarding the delay. Delivery time was 2-6 days according to the post although they did mention on a message prior to purchase that delivery time would be 7-10 days.

Lieferung verzögert, wurde erst nach Wiederaufforderung über Chrono24 versendet. Uhr leicht überteuert, Uhrwerk benötigt eine Generalüberholung

Thanks to Watch My Diamonds, I now own my first Rolex. The watch is exactly as advertised and in superb condition. Even the box is in very good condition. I did however feel the communication from the vendor could have been better and at most times I felt pretty insignificant, considering that it's only an $8,000 purchase because of the attitude of the vendor and I did not get the support I was expecting. However, they were pretty responsive (just not that helpful). But the key question: are they genuine and would I buy from them again. I found them to be genuine and I will definitely look forward to buying my next watch from them again.

The picture of the watch I wanted was a stock photo, and the seller would only send me pictures after I had competed the order (I took a gamble - luckily I was happy with what I got). It sometimes took two or three days to hear back when I had a question - it seems like this vendor observes every Jewish holiday (and there are many). But they were always polite and helpful! Shipping was quick and they were very helpful when I needed to change the delivery address. Overall I’m very pleased with the watch and customer service.

It was surprising when the receipt was $8064. And the charge on CC $8145. A little $80.00 charge nobody can tell me a satisfactory answer. But dealer is totally legitimate the watches are pristine condition, looks new, accurate discription and photos. Great communication. If you want a luxury watch at a fantastic price than you better Watch Your Diamonds. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks

Die Uhr entsprach nicht ganz der Beschreibung. Der Händler war sehr kooperativ und hat die Uhr zurückgenommen. Sehr schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation.
