I don't think there can be a more luxurious buying experience on Chrono24 than buying from HEI. They are a family-owned luxury watch shop in San Maarten. From the first message, Billy and Sanjay were very respectful and I was quite impressed by the tour they provided over Whatsapp video call of the shop, their other watches and the Junghans I was particularly interested in. Communication was top notch and they showed me the watch not just at the beginning but also at every step of the way - before packaging and after too. They gift wrapped the watch nicely and added in a free pen as a gift too. Highly, highly recommend purchasing from them with trust. The only suggestion for improvement I have for them is to invest in a timegrapher as that is a minimum to satisfy the curiosity of discerning clients who wish to know the accuracy of the watch they're purchasing.

Very honest in disclosing there was a scratch on the Watch and will not proceed with the sale unless I am 100 percent satisfied . He even let me sleep on my decision on whether to proceed in buying the Watch despite the scratch .I was never pressured on completing the sale ,

I was pleasantly surprised to be able to communicate so easily and in a timely fashion with I presume was the owner. We were able to negotiate a fair price in a very short period of time. The package arrived on the expected day and was very securely wrapped. I would use this dealer again. The only caveat is that the listing indicated on Chrono24 , that the watch was being sold by a US dealer, in fact in my home town. Once we got into the negations I learned that he is located outside the US but maintains a US address only, not a brick and mortar location. I would have missed the watch because I only deal with US dealers and would have normally skipped the listing. Although I would deal with this particular dealer again since my first experience was a positive one, I will probably stick with US dealers in the future. Mike

This dealer went above and beyond to ensure I knew I was getting exactly what he had advertised. His response rate was amazing, provided extra photos and videos of the product and even a tour of his store. I'd easily buy from this company again!
