Thanks for the feedback. Just wish it was true. In our opinion, one of our strangest transactions on this platform. 1. The buyer tried to pay with a credit card that does not belong to him and chrono24 cancels the transaction. Buyer ask us to send the watch since he already made the payment. Chrono 24 sends us an email saying the credit card payment was not authorized and transaction has been cancelled. 2. Buyer blames us and still tells us to send the watch. 3. Fast forward a week, the buyer sends the money to chrono through wire and makes a successful payment. We immediately thank the buyer and look forward to send the watch. 4. 1 hour after the payment went through the buyer asks: 1) Is this a real Rolex. 2) Are you an authorized dealer. 3) Has the watch been services. We reply with saying, we are not an authorized Rolex dealer, the watch has not been serviced however it has been tested and our in-house watch makers has made sure watch is in perfect working condition, just as we do with more than 100 watches a week and finally we said yes its a real Rolex. 5. Buyer receives the watch and after 13 days he creates a chrono24 case and claims the watch is not working. We get the watch back with a note from the buyer saying that the watch is not working and it is old and has not been serviced. We immediately tried it in our timegrapher and watch was spot on perfect. However the chrono pusher was closed. We love feedback. We have been doing this for 30 years and always aim to become better. Im not really sure about the buyers intentions, maybe he used the watch for an event and sent it back. What ever his reasons were, he was very dodgy from the beginning. If you ever encounter this buyer as a seller, be aware and stay out of it.
